A dynamic and hands-on leader who has spent the last three decades growing global businesses, Amar built his extensive experience and knowledge through executive roles at various blue-chip Indian corporations, including HCL Information Systems, CMC and Air India. He co-founded RJT Compuquest (now DBA Apolis) in 1997 with his wife, Rita, and together they have grown the company into one of the foremost SAP and Oracle partners in the western United States.
Amar holds a Bachelor of Science from St. John’s College in India. After moving to the U.S., he earned his MBA from Dartmouth College’s Tuck School of Business and completed the Owner/President Management program at Harvard Business School. An avid reader and world traveller, Amar takes every opportunity to explore new customs, cultures and global business trends.
A highly seasoned recruiter and expert in strategic partnerships, Rita is a results-driven leader, who has been recruiting and placing IT engineers in temporary positions since 1996. Along with her husband, Amar, Rita co-founded RJT Compuquest (now DBA Apolis) in 1997; and has since successfully leveraged her experience to grow Apolis’ staffing capabilities from the ground up, playing a key role in extending the company’s recruiting arm across the globe, from Chicago and Dallas to Delhi. Her wealth of experience, close industry relationships and innate determination make her an invaluable resource for sales, consulting and recruiting throughout the company.
A trailblazer in her own right, Rita was the first female sales officer for Indian Oil Corporation, the largest oil company in India. She holds a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from St. Stephen’s College in India. She completed her doctoral studies in strategic planning from Kent State University. After a successful career in sales and marketing in India, she moved to the United States in 1994, where she continues to drive business success today.
A business technology leader with over two decades of strategy, business development, general management and solution delivery experience in the global IT product and services business with Fortune 100 clients. Ranjith is a trusted partner for his clients and has successfully developed and sustained long-term relationships with them. He is passionate about creating customer successes by delivering Digital & IT Services in retail, wholesale, supply chain, consumer products, and financial services domains with full P&L responsibilities.
Ranjith comes to Apolis after serving as Vice President, Private Equity group at Mphasis, a global IT services company; and prior to that, as Director/Executive Client Partner at UST Global, a leading digital transformation solutions company.
Ranjith holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Bharathiar University, India and Executive Certifications from MIT Sloan School of Management and University of Washington with specializations in Management and Leadership disciplines.
Lori comes to Apolis as a marketing executive with more than 20 years of distinguished experience. In senior level roles within industry leaders and Fortune 500 clients, Lori has worked with some of the most recognized companies worldwide to successfully and positively influence their brands. Prior to joining Apolis, Lori served as Head of Client Services for CAA Marketing, a division of Creative Artists Agency, the world’s leading entertainment and sports agency. Her work consistently results in significant revenue and profit gains for both clients and employers, and her track record of success also includes increased client satisfaction, operations expansion and staff performance improvement.
Dedicated to supporting the role of women in business, Lori created and leads SWIM (Smart Women in Marketing), a group that empowers and inspires female marketing executives from entry-level executives to CMOs. Lori holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in business and communications from California State University, Fullerton.
Mark brings more than a decade of operations, finance, administration and strategic planning experience to the Apolis team. He launched his career in commercial and international banking with a focus on balance sheet and cash-flow financing, international trade finance and asset-based deals. Mark then transitioned to the private sector as Chief Financial Officer of one of California’s largest packaging manufacturers and distributors, for whom he oversaw due diligence assignments including an industry roll-up, buy-side acquisitions, joint ventures and a sell-side assignment. Mark then led several subsidiary startup operations in manufacturing and recycling as Chief Operations Officer of Goodwill Industries.
Mark holds both a Bachelor’s in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, and an MBA from the University of Southern California. Spanning the rival university gap, he proudly sports his cardinal and blue on game day.
With more than 20 years of experience in strategic sales, management, delivery and executive leadership, Michael brings his established and respected track record to the Apolis sales team—directly managing the team and overseeing its program implementations, strategy development, business planning and training. Michael’s accomplishments throughout his esteemed career have included the creation of successful sales teams, the opening of new metro markets, enterprise-wide sales training, MSP/VMS program development and implementation, recruitment of top talent, and sustained revenue growth and cost containment. With a reputation built on a strong work ethic and unwavering integrity, Michael is an accomplished industry professional whose passion spreads to both his clients and colleagues.
Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and advertising from California State University, Fullerton.
Timothy has spent the last 20 years in IT recruitment, providing top IT professionals to Fortune 1000 companies across multiple industries. He has successfully led his teams through exceeding budgeted revenues and recruiting metrics/KPI by partnering with hiring managers and sales on market intelligence, recruiting strategies and hiring processes. Prior to joining Apolis, Timothy spent nearly a decade as the recruiting director for Volt Workforce Solutions, where he provided ongoing training, development and mentoring to the recruiting teams on processes, new technologies and best practices to maximize sourcing and fulfilment success.
A Southern California native, Timothy holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from California State University, Long Beach.
More than 22 years of sales management and leadership experience in Silicon Valley have provided Doug a strong understanding of emerging business trends and processes needs for his role at Apolis. With a demonstrated track record and tenure of strategic and tactical planning, Doug has successfully managed global software and service delivery teams delivering business and technology transformations through Oracle Solutions, including its Cloud based applications and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure offerings. The majority of his background has been spent operating out of Silicon Valley’s demanding, fast-paced and multi-tasking environment operating in organizations ranging from $25M to $200M. Doug’s considerable experience includes being a senior executive at numerous technology start-ups that have gone public and or been sold to large global public companies.
Doug holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Baltimore Polytechnic Institute.
With more than 30 years of experience in the IT field, Dave has spent nearly 20 of them with Oracle Corporation in several leadership positions from global product support to managed cloud services. For the past decade, Dave was responsible for Oracle’s western U.S. portfolio of cross-industry hosted and managed services customers, which included manufacturing, financial, healthcare, life sciences, higher education, state and local government, retail and telecommunications—industries in excess of $80 million dollars. In addition to his invaluable knowledge and experience, Dave brings to Apolis a passion for extreme customer service and for developing strategic and trusted advisor relationships that result in high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in business information systems from The University of Phoenix as well as Master of Science in computer information technology from Regis University.
A senior consulting leader with more than 20 years of experience, Dinesh heads Apolis’ Managed Services India operations with global project delivery responsibility. His knowledge and expertise runs the gamut from delivery management, practice management, consulting, service delivery and solution sales for large, mid-size and start-up organizations with focus on client relations.
Prior to joining Apolis, Dinesh held delivery and sales leadership roles globally in Accenture, Wipro, Sierra-Cedar and Emerio, and has a proven track record of revenue and profitability growth. He has successfully led large, global transformational projects in the ERP space.
Dinesh holds both master’s and bachelor’s degrees in computer science from Osmania University and Andhra University respectively. Located in India, he works out of Apolis’ Hyderabad office.
With more than 12 years of experience working in all aspects of human resources in various industries including e-commerce, technology, consulting and apparel, Hannah is adept at developing and implementing key HR processes and programs to support employees, build culture and drive organizational growth. Prior to joining Apolis, she served as the director of human resources of McChrystal Group, a leadership development and management consulting first based in Washington, D.C. Hannah is passionate about employee development and happiness and is committed to proactive and responsive understanding of employee and business needs.
Hannah holds a master’s degree in human resources management from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern California.
In this role, Vivek is responsible for all aspects of human capital management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, employee benefits, diversity and inclusion, organization planning and the effectiveness of the company’s succession planning.
Vivek has over 12 years of experience leading several global HR functions. Prior to joining Apolis, Vivek was an Independent HR Consultant, HR Business Partner at Wipro, and Team Lead at ASDA in the UK. In all of these roles and at Apolis, Vivek develops innovative programs addressing the full life cycle of talent management. He’s focused on placing the right talent for the organization and its culture, and aligning the entire HR ecosystem with strategic business objectives.
Vivek holds a Masters of Computer Science from the Staffordshire University, UK. He’s an avid reader and football enthusiast, and is passionate about learning and exploring new ideas in HR and organization development.
